VERY good day

Today was a VERY good day. We went to Pati's nureo-oncologist to get the results of her MRI. We were very pleased and excited when he told us that the MRI showed no real change. There is one spot they are watching that has not changed. YEA!!!! There is also another small area that they are keeping an eye on that has gotten smaller. WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!! Doctor says they'll keep doing what they are doing and for us to keep doing whatever we are doing. So what are we doing???? PRAYING!!! So many people have been praying for Pati in this last year and a half. Many we do not even know. With this good news we look forward to going on a vacation to visit my youngest daughter and meeting the many people who have been praying for Pati since her last brain surgery in August.

I just found your blog on Crochetville through the cancer ribbon afghan post. I support Cystic Fibrosis research (being a cystic, of course I do :) ) and organ donation awareness, and I was thinking how this pattern would be good for fundraising and charity donations for that. Great afhgan pattern!

Now, to comment on THIS post, I'm glad that your daughter's doctor was pleased...I hope she continues to get better! My mother had a brain tumor when I was a junior in high school, so I can sympathize with how scary that can be.
